a decent stay overall
helpful staff convenient location calm atmosphere cold room strong draft small wardrobe
The staff were helpful and friendly. the location was great and convenient. breakfast was quite nice. The choices were plentiful. i especially liked the calm atmosphere at breakfast.
Room 431 was cold when i arrived and needed ten minutes for the heating to start. there was a draft coming underneath the door. i had to use a spare towel to block it off. the wardrobe was also small. It was not big enough for winter coats.

The staff was really friendly and excellent. The breakfast was good. the bed was comfortable and clean. it all contributed to a relaxing stay.
i was informed about building work only a few days before i travelled. the front entrance was blocked off.

easy access car park helpful staff buffet style breakfast difficult website service charge tea replenishment
the car park was easy to access i found the staff helpful. the room had what i needed it was clean. the breakfast was buffet style it was also very nice.
the website was difficult to navigate i thought i booked a package but i did not. card details were taken on arrival to open an account i had to request a service charge removal. the room was pleasant i needed to request more normal tea more than once.
